Staff Development Manager required for a busy  ChildrensTeam based in Central London.

Duties will include:

• Managing trainee social workers on placement
• offering day to day support to trainees and practise assessors
• Supervising administrative staff
• Liaising with training providers

The pay rate for this role is £22.38 LTD

• Must have relevant experience in children's social care and  youth or youth justice
• Must have experience of supervising staff

We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.

We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
