Description
To work within a contact centre responding to initial enquiries within Adult Social Care. Completing assessments.
To work with service users to assess their needs, identify options for meeting these needs, negotiate and review appropriate care within the Department’s priorities.

Requirements
The manager will accept a newly qualified social worker/social work assistant with assessment experience.
We require that that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
