Social Worker or experienced Social Work Assistant required
to provide information and support to universal services on the use of Common Assessment Framework (CAF), Team Around the Child (TAC) and the role of the Lead Professional (LP).
To support practitioners in the use of Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and other integrated processes and deal with issues arising.
To support the early intervention panels and the screening of completed CAFs.
To support the organisation of Team Around the Child (TAF)meetings and where appropriate chair the meetings.
To review the TAF action plans and advise on referrals to other agencies including escalation to statutory agencies.
To support the Lead Professionals in carrying out their role.
To support children, young people and their families throughout the process when necessary and appropriate.
It is essential that candidates can demonstrate a good understanding of the Safeguarding Agenda and of managing risk.

We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
