Social Work Assistant required to work in a Referral and Assessment Team, contributing to client assessments, ascertaining a client’s needs and assisting in the production of care plans. These tasks will be under the supervision of more senior staff.

NVQ 3 in childcare or equivalent, child-care training or qualification in a related field.
We require that you hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
