The candidate should be able to successfully manage hospital discharges and safeguarding cases (also assisting staff in undertaking safeguarding investigations).

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker, preferably with hospital experience who can successfully carry out his/her tasks in a very busy hospital team.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
