Team Manager (TM) required for a Childrens Team based in Essex.
The pay rate for this role is dependent on experience. |
|
|
- Must have working knowledge of the law, legislation policies and procedures
- Must have prior experience working at management level
- Must have an understanding of changes within in the social work profession in line with Munro recommendations to ensure all staff are supervised
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
