A QSW is required to join an Adoption Team in North London.
Duties will include:
- Investigating allegations of abuse and neglect
- Child protection work
- Assessments
- Providing interventions and supervision for children and families
- Work with children who become looked after voluntarily or by court intervention
- Case work - supervising and monitoring cases of children with complex needs
- Complete reports and statements for legal proceedings
- Providing counselling as agreed
- There is a requirement to attend court as an expert witness
The rate of pay offered for this role is £25 (Ltd). |

The post holder must have previous experience of working in an Adoption Team and be able to undertake Special Guardianship Orders.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
