Social Worker required to carry out need assessments in the community and hospital settings, duty, single assessment process and care management.

Must have sound knowledge of older people's assessments and safeguarding legislation and have worked at in adults services.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
