Social Worker required to work in an Adult Assessment Team in Alyesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Duties will include:
- Managing complex cases
- Reviews
- Risk assessments
- Support planning

- Must have experience of working with adults
- Must be able to implement support plans and care packages
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
