Social Worker requried for Children’s Integrated Disabilities Services 3 days per week.
Duties will include completing initial assessments/core assessments, reports/prep for child care reviews, CIN service plans and LAC care plans, implementation of plans, duty cover on a rota basis and child protection work when applicable.

Must have experience of working in a similar team and have a background in child protection.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
