Description
Paediatric Occupational Therapist required to be based in the Children’s Integrated Disabilities Service in Peterborough.
Duties will include undertaking assessments/reviews of children with physical/learning disabilities, making recommendations for equipment provision & relevant follow up work, and making recommendations for minor/major (Disabled Facilities Grant - DFG) adaptation works and follow up work.

Requirements
OT with experience in a similar team, knowledge of relevant legislation and must have experience of Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG)/adaptation work.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
