Registered Manager required to work in a residential home for adults with learning disabilities in High Wycombe.
Tasks to include:
-Providing care
-Dedication to improving the quality of life for residents
-Commitment to excellence in all standards
-Commitment to staff development
-Ability to manage, lead, motivate and supervise staff at all levels

Must be qualified up to level NVQ3, have relevant experience and be a car driver.
We also require that you hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
