Social Worker required to undertake person centred assessments on complex cases, and promote the ongoing development of self-directed support and individual budgets with service users and their carers.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

Must have experience of working in a similar environment and able to undertake assessments.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
