To work with key agencies to promote the Mental Capacity Act and facilitate the achievement of key objectives identified in both the Council’s and Luton Primary Care Trust, implementation plans for the act.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

Must be able to show ability to build effective partnerships and network with a wide range of agencies.
Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with a wide range of people including partners and stakeholders.
Able to plan and carry out audits and identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate action.
