Social Worker required to work in a Referral and Assessment Team, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Duties will include:
- Initial assessment work
- Home visits
- Screening referrals
- Caseload management

- Must have experience of working in a similar environment and proven experience in all areas of assessment including risk assessment.
- Must have access to a vehcile for work purposes
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
