Referral Management Teamsreceive all requests for social care in their area, both from Client Services and direct from health and social care professionals or service providers.
RMTs decide which team should assess the referred individual (RMT, Local Team, Community Mental Health Team or Specialist Mental Health Team) and undertake some of the less complex assessments which can be dealt with within 4 days.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.
