The candidate will be involved in assessing or reassessing the needs of people already placed in supported accommodation.
The role will involve consulting with service users, carers and the housing and support providers over potential changes to their service.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

This post would suit someone with experience of working with people with learning disabilities, and with some knowledge of supported accommodation.
You need enthusiasm and the ability to work innovatively to meet accommodation and support needs.
Experience with assistive technology, or a willingness to learn, would be an advantage, as would an understanding of the role of housing and support providers.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
