Community Care Worker (CCW) required for an Adult Hospital Team, based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The pay rate for this role is £13.00 PAYE/£15.50 LTD.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

- Must have prior experience of working in a similar team
- Must be able to undertake assessments and care plans
- Must have current experience of direct payments
- Must be a car driver as you will be travelling around the community
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
