Social Worker required to supervise, support and review approved foster carers.
Duties will include undertaking unannounced visits to foster carers, updating assessments or reassessing foster carers as and when required, participating in the duty service, identifying the development needs of foster carers and informing the training co-ordinator as part of the overall training strategy for carers.
Additional duties may include an involvement in the recruitment process of potential foster carers.

We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
