Part time Independent Visitor Co-ordinator required to liaise with social workers referring children to the project, support young people and their families and to consult and work closely with the legal team as required.

Must have experience of working with young people, of undertaking client visits in the community and be able to undertake aseessments.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
