Team Manager required to undertake
operational management of the service and team including duty, assessments and allocation. Duties will include chairing meetings and attending case conferences, supervising staff at many levels, monitoring standards and completing on-going work and care packages. There will also be budget management responsibility within team and the worker will be required to contribute to service budget control, to develop and maintain relationships with other parts of the service and outside agencies.

Requirements include evidence of continuing professional development (management skills), training, a detailed knowledge of CP, LAC and associated CIN social work practice issues and supervisory experience.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
