Candidate must have a good understanding of permanency planning for both long term fostering and adoption.
You will be expected to chair multi-agency and in-house meetings.
You will be supervising team members and providing cover for the team in the Team Manager's absence.

With at least three years post qualification experience and three years experience of working within children services, you must have the ability to act as a role model, have good leadership skills, with a high level of self motivation.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
