The team Works with young people aged 11 to 18 years and their parents and carers.
Duties will include:
Undertaking court reports and risk assessments.
Working with schools and attended personal education plan meetings for young people.
Review of arrangement forms for looked after children reviews.

Must have experience of completing assessments and worked within a similar team.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
