To lead and manage the designated operational aspects of the multi-agency Youth Offending Service in accordance with statutory duties and regulations.
The role will involve the promotion of a countywide vision for the service, as well as working with the Head of Service, to produce an annual plan based on an audit of local need. This sets out how the service will engage with partners to deliver a range of statutory and preventative interventions (to prevent and reduce youth crime).

Must have extensive experience within the Youth Offending field.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
