This post will be based in Apsley, Hertfordshire.
Completing assessments and care plans, undertaking home visits and multi-disciplinary work.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

Must have worked at Assistant Team Manager level within a similar team.
We require that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
