Duties include: carrying out supervision of contact between parents and looked after children.
Assisting social workers with routine tasks i.e. joint visits
Compiling information for children’s records.
Carrying out and review care plans with young people, families and other professionals.

Must have assessment experience.
Prior experience of working within children's schools
and families teams.
We require that you hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
