Team Manager required to manage a team of social workers and social work assistants. In addition this role will involve assisting with strategic planning and performance, and with developing, maintaining and implementing an effective policy and practice framework to support staff in delivering effective interventions in children's social care services.

Must have experience of working in a similar environment at management level.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification.
We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
