Description
Social Worker required in Wycombe Hospital in the discharge team working with adults, mainly the elderly. Must have hospital experience or recent experience working with the elderly.

Requirements
Must have experience of working in a similar environment.
We require that all Social Workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
