Assist the Team Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hospital team, including deputising in their absence. The team will manage all patients in hospital over 18 who require a social care assessment.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

Considerable experience in Adults/Older persons.
