To support the planning and commissioning manager in achieving both local and national targets and implementing new initiatives.

Must have knowledge of Drug and Alcohol government initiatives and policies.
Must have experience of project management and reporting, be capable of working to tight deadlines and be comfortable in negotiating and communicating with partners and providers at all levels
